JOB OVERVIEW

We're seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Representative for Texas to drive our innovative golf apparel brand's growth. The ideal candidate has strong sales experience, excels at both nurturing existing accounts and opening new ones, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever changing environment. You'll be responsible for expanding our presence in green grass through in-person sales calls, trade shows, product presentations, and strategic relationship building. This role requires excellent communication skills, a willingness to travel, and a passion for our mission to modernize and diversify the golf apparel market.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Proven track record in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Deep understanding of sales pipelines and processes.
  • Ambition to lead in a high-growth business environment.
  • Thorough familiarity with our brand ethos and voice.
  • Established connections within the regional golf market.
  • Prior experience in golf sales and industry roles.
  • Grow and support the account base at green grass.
  • Strengthen existing partnerships while successfully opening new accounts.
  • Conduct in-person brand driven line reviews with current and prospective clients.
  • Capitalize on immediate sales opportunities through keen sell-through analysis.
  • Manage territory-related administrative tasks, including order entry and management.
  • Uphold brand servicing expectations consistently.

  • This position will be based regionally.

COMPENSATION

  • Salary Plus Commission
  • No Cap
  • Travel Reimbursement

THE TECHNICAL STUFF

  • 2+ years experience working in a sport and/or consumer based professional environment.
  • 1+ years of experience in Outside Sales.
  • Strong product knowledge, particularly across Golf.
  • Skilled in building, engaging and educational presentations that create a compelling story.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Deadline driven, and the ability to work through uncertainty.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, prioritization and problem-solving skills.
